Step 1: Apply for Traffic School Online
You must apply for traffic school within 10 days of ticket
The court must receive your ticket from the officer before approving/declining your application. This usually takes 5 to 10 days but, on rare occasions, may take a few days longer. If you apply online you will be sent an email informing you if you have been approved for traffic school 3 to 5 days after your ticket has been received by the court. You may apply for traffic school in person Mon-Thu 7:30 am to 6 pm and Fri 8 am to 4 pm (except legal holidays) at the Highland City Justice Court. If you apply in person and the court does not have your ticket you will need to return. We encourage you to apply online.
Step 2: Attend Traffic School
Traffic school must be completed within 30 days of ticket
